In accordance with the Legal Agreement available on our website, you acknowledge and agree that if the matter of refund occurred, any applicable fees will be deducted from your paid service fee based on the circumstances and which party initiates the refund.
Company Formation Service
You is eligible to cancel the incorporation service and obtain full refund (net amount minus the bank’s fee) if:
- We have not started work (documents preparation or do the due diligence check).
- We have not submitted your application to the Public Registry.
- The order is not claimed and preceded by any Party.
- In case a Force Majeure event occurs, we will notify you as soon as practicable. If this event continues for more than 14 calendar days, either party shall have the right to cancel the agreement.
You is eligible to cancel the incorporation service and obtain a partial refund of 80% if:
- We have already worked (documents preparation or do the due diligence check) but not submitted your application to the Public Registry.
- The application is rejected by the compliance officers or the Public Registry.

We deduct 20% fee to handle administrative works involved below:
- Consulting fee
- Review and guideline to prepare the documents
- Application form preparation
- Do a due diligence check
Annual Renewal
You will receive a notification 30 days before your company is due for renewal. If you have already made the renewal payment, you are entitled to cancel and request a full refund (minus any bank fees) provided we have not yet submitted the renewal application to the Public Registry and relevant authorities.
Banking Assistance Service
Due to the nature of banking services and the decision-making processes of financial institutions, our banking support services are non-refundable. While we strive to provide the best possible support, we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate as the final decision lies solely with the bank upon screening your business profile and supporting documents.
Other services
- We will issue a refund if we can not deliver services to you. In case the services have already been delivered and informed to you via email, you will not be entitled to a refund in this circumstance.
- We reserve the right to cancel any services with immediate effect should we believe there is a palpable risk to our business.
How do I send cancellation and refund notices?
The requirements for notices must be in writing which includes email, be written in English and notify the service’s provider for confirmation.
We will issue your refund using the same payment method and original card or bank account used for the initial payment. If the original card or bank account is unavailable, we will require an alternative bank account under the same name as the original payer to process the refund.
